Technologies are rapidly evolving, and keeping the OPUS en ligne website operational in order to reload transit fares online would require major investments, in particular to ensure ongoing upgrades to the code.

All project partners are currently working together to develop new solutions to make it easier for you to purchase transit fares.

As of the first semester of 2024, transit users will have the option to purchase transport tickets using their NFC-enabled smartphone and load them directly onto their OPUS card.

This new sales channel will be added to the existing ones: service centre, STLévis service outlet.

Until the OPUS en ligne website closes, you can continue using your card reader to check the contents of your OPUS card. After that, you can check the contents of your OPUS card using one of the following options:

  • By going to one of the STLévis or RTC points of sale
  • By going to one of the STLévis or RTC service centres
  • By contacting a transit agency’s customer service
